For the furniture of ( living room, dining, bedroom) as seen in pictures along with , upholstery, mattresses which were bought in May and gently used, artwork, decor, TV/Roku. would be $ 350 one time fee. Can include kitchen appliances and other stuff . My lease runs until April 2020. You can extend longer thereafter if interested. Landlord is friendly and very helpful if you need to fix anything. This place is a block away from Bayshore blvd to run/exercise, and block away from all the nice hangouts in Hyde park/Soho, Hyde park village. 2-3 miles from Tampa downtown.
