Surrounded by top-rated restaurants, just over a small bridge to Johns Pass Marina, close to the bus stop for the Jolly Trolley that goes up and down the beaches all day. Large pool on premises with a view of the water. Both bedrooms are a good size, and the master has a HUGE walk-in closet. The view out the back over the canal is beautiful--lovely sunsets off the balcony. With our balmy Florida weather, you can open up all the windows and have a wonderful cross-breeze blowing through the condo. It is also well-stocked with games, cards and puzzles for just chilling out. One reserved spot in the garage under the building, and plenty of guest spaces in a side parking lot; laundry room right downstairs, just off the elevator.
