This home features a large open family room with a 60 inch smart TV/DVD, a bright and attractively furnished lanai, 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large master suite features a cozy King bed with a 32 inch smart TV and en-suite bathroom, tiled shower, and a huge walk-in closet. Also, there are three additional rooms, one featuring a Queen bed, one outfitted with 2 Twin beds, and one with a Daybed (2 twins) that sleeps 2 very comfortably and a gaming TV for the kids. No need to bring linens or go to the laundromat...we have everything you need, just like home. The fully equipped kitchen - that's if you so wish to cook! The resort like heated salt water pool with a waterfall and tanning bed is perfect for sunning in the South East exposure. Comfortable patio set, loungers and a large gas BBQ grill for everyone's enjoyment. Ease your way into the heated salt water pool with the ceramic dolphins/turtles swimming to set the mood! The pool overlooks the canal where you can salt water fish off your own dock! Swim in your own resort like heated salt water pool or enjoy the beach just around the corner. The Cape Coral Yacht Club is available to you during your stay. It features tennis, racquetball, playground, beach, boat ramp, waterfront restaurant, pavilion, marina. Enjoy drop dead gorgeous sunsets from the beach located 1.5 miles away. Sanibel and Captiva with their famous shelling beaches are 30 minutes away by car. This home is a 2 minute drive to the beach, shops and restaurants for every taste. You will be able to fill your days with great activities like sea kayaking, air boat rides, spring training, baseball games, or even golf if you choose. Our current availability is now through Dec 26. We have January 9-31, 2021 available, (January-March 2021 booked). Our home is available for 5-night minimum starting at $180 per ngt, $200 cleaning.
