Both houses got new roofs in 2018. Both houses are well maintained and updated by owner but the kitchen floor in 217 needs to be redone but cannot do it while occupied. The seller is giving a $1,000 allowance for the floor. The shed on the property is rented by one of the tenants and does on go with the sale. Both tenants are long term and are on month to month agreements. The rent could probably be raised on 217. Both are on the same city water meter but could be separated.
