We are the original owners of the house and have great memories of my family growing up in this quiet well placed neighborhood. We have updated all of the electrical outlets and switches for safety. No one has ever smoked in this house. I never had any poisons sprayed in the house and never had a bug problem. The hot water heater was replaced but I can't remember when. We have Hurricane shutters for all windows and sliding glass doors.
